"Leila"
is T. Ann Culpepper's first produced screenwriting credit having
come from the world of short stories and plays. Her most recent
play was the one act play "Ain't Nothin' Too Good For My Seed,"
directed by Harry Lennix and which was part of the 3-act play
Opening Doors." "Opening Doors" is nominated for a 2006 NAACP
Image award. "Ain't Nothin' Too Good For My Seed" was selected
by the Lincoln Center in New York for its prestigious summer Playwright/Director workshop in 2005.

BRIAN SORBO

Brian Sorbo studied Photography and Business Management at
Michigan State University, and Audio Production and Photography
at Lansing Community College. He worked as a freelance still
photographer for a period of 15 years, shooting a wide spectrum
of subject matter. His personal work emphasized portraiture
and large format landscape photography.
His still work evolved into film and video projects documenting
Native American human rights issues and culture, and multimedia
programming for Planetarium audiences. Currently, he has
worked in Computer Graphics as a Compositor, integrating real
world and synthetic imagery for 10 years. He has worked for
Industrial Light & Magic, Rhythm & Hues, Stan Winston Studios,
and Sony Pictures Imageworks.
ANNE
ETHERIDGE (DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY)
Anne is a Los Angeles-based
cinematographer who works in feature film, television and
documentary. Her recent credits include "Duck," a feature film
starring Philip Baker Hall, Bill Cobbs and the AFLAC ducks.
“Duck” received the Audience Award at the 2005 Cinequest Film
festival and was the only narrative feature film selected in
2004 to receive a funding grant from Women in Film.
Additionally, narrative short films that Anne has photographed
have been internationally and nationally recognized, including
"Desert Motel," which was selected to screen at the 2005 Berlin
and Rotterdam Film Festivals; "Presence," which was selected as
a Finalist in Esquire Magazine's 2004 Emerging Filmmaker
Contest; and, “Sissy French Fry,” which was selected as the
Comedy Grand Prize winner at the PlanetOut Short Film Awards in
2006. Documentaries that Anne have shot have aired on Showtime
and have screened in film festivals around the world. A graduate
of the American Film Institute, Anne is currently photographing
shows for VH-1 and the Discovery Health Channel.

ROBERTSON (EDITOR)
Stuart Robertson is
a dual US/New Zealand citizen and works in both countries as an
editor.
He learned the trade
in New York City where he cut promos for networks and companies
for 6 years. He also cut an independent feature in NYC.
He returned to New
Zealand in 2001 and cut high-end commercials and music videos
for three years. During this time, he cut another independent
feature for a colleague from NYC, several documentaries for
Discovery Channel as well as local TV programs.
Stuart is now
cutting commercials in Los Angeles. In his spare time, he worked
with the makers of Coda and Leila plus cut a third short with a
South African director set for release in 2006.

JEffrey w. toyne (SCORE)
Jeffrey Toyne has established himself as one of today’s most
promising young composers for film and television. Dedicated to
pursuing his interest in film and television, Jeffrey enrolled
in the Scoring Department for Motion Pictures and Television at
the University of Southern California in August 2000. There, he
studied with industry veterans such as David Raskin, Leonard
Rosenman, Buddy Baker, Joe Harnell and Chris Young, among
others.
Jeffrey has gone on to work alongside respected film composer
Edward Shearmur in Los Angeles. This collaboration has brought
several impressive credits to Jeffrey Toyne’s quickly growing
body of work. The films he’s worked on include K-PAX,
starring Kevin Spacey (2001), The Count of Monte Cristo,
starring James Caviezel and Guy Pearce (2002), and Charlie’s
Angels: Full Throttle starring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore,
and Lucy Liu (2003).
Among his many awards and distinctions, Jeffrey Toyne counts
First Prize in the Kiwaniz Music Festival’s Composition Division
and the Godfrey Ridout Award from the SOCAN Young Composer’s
Competition.
